Crane Accident Animation
Trial graphics animation created for a workman’s compensation case. This trial involved the equipment failure of a construction site crane being used on a residential construction site. The failure of the crane boom led to serious head and chest injury to the victim.
Photos of the site and equipment, in addition to eyewitness accounts from neighbors and first responders were used in recreating the scene. By using 3D animation in the case, we could demonstrate the timeline, motion and speed of the event in real-time and in slow motion.
The case was settled in favor of the victim, and he was awarded a substantial monetary settlement.
